new pickups for the 240!

so to continue with the last post, i picked up some new stuff for the 240. i sold my old kit and bought a works9 style bumper along with an origin type 2 style hood. i'll buy fake aero for the sake of availability and money savings but for something like the hood, i definitely recommend buying a real hood. this hood lacks the underside of the hood that adds rigidity and strength so definitely bummed i bought it. for the quality and wait time, i would rather save up a bit more, support a cool importer, and buy the real deal. anyways, here's how the car sits at the moment. i also had some spare uras style sides and rear to pair up with the bumper.

i do plan on getting the kit fixed of course! even though the car is looking rough, there's something i'll always love about seeing any drift car with new aero and anticipating how it'll look all complete.

also picked up a new pair of gramlight 57DR in luminous yellow. dream wheel acquired through TWEED AUTO GARAGE. jordan is super kind and easy to work with. definitely recommend going through him for any import needs.

then i got a broadway mirror, hitman bubble knob, and raybrigs (raybrigs courtesy of my GF). one thing i've been lacking is adding things that'll actually tidy up the car. so with a new mirror and better headlights, my blind self will actually be able to see at night and save myself from ruining aero. definitely need to add some better floormats.
